PAPPAS LTD undertakes, upon notification by the customer, to respond to emergency damages within 24 hours in the Prefecture of Attica and 48 hours for customers in the rest of Greece. Depending on the criticality and the extent of damage, we also provide telephone support aimed at prompt service.
